| Notes | This is a required course for all appraisers (CE). It is an AQB Certified Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice Course. If you have the latest 2010 version of the USPAP book, please bring it. If you do not have a textbook, please e-mail shelley@toshandassociates.com and request it. The student handbook (workbook) is included in the class fee. Class begins at 8:30am sharp. Please bring a notepad and pencil. There will be a one hour break for lunch. Questions?
